Meet the Norns

We met at an EDM show, danced under the lights, and bonded instantly over our love for storytelling.We’ve been writing together ever since.

Both of us have been crafting worlds for over a decade—starting with fanfiction, roleplays, and countless late-nights making character bio’s. Now, we’re proud to bring our first original fantasy series into the world.
It won’t be our last.

Through our writing, we aim to create a space where all readers can see themselves—whether in the courage to love, to be fully seen, or the quiet ache of longing. We are driven by the belief that queer, neurodivergent, diverse stories deserve to be heard, celebrated, cried over, and never erased. We are driven by the belief that humans are not born evil—that their environments are at play, shaping their choices, forging their wounds, and influencing what parts of them are allowed to survive.

Through our stories, we unravel how love, trauma, power, and survival twist together to make someone who they are—and who they might have been.

We’re both pansexual, both 25, and based in Denver, Colorado with our two chaotic cats, suki and mei. Anais holds a degree in Human Development; Alexis in Psychology.

When we’re not writing:
We’re usually at a music festival/show, dancing, listening to sleep token, maladaptive daydreaming…
We are both practicing pagan witches, and we are able to delve deeper into our love, our story, through rituals, energy/deity work, and the reverence we have for the old ways.

Our stories are about love and life—messy, brutal, redemptive, and fluid. And we hope you’ll find something in them that feels like warmth, heart, and home.
